Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multi-cultural household. She was born within South London. Her father is Nigerian and Swiss and her mother is English. Her family was raised in a south London council estate and attended The Brit School at age 14. At the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art was where she received an acting BA. She performed in various stage productions during her time at school, including King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her acting career with the movie Storm Damage. In the years since, she's been a guest star in Teachers, Doctors, Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion picture role in the Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Following that she was cast as Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she appeared in Trexx as Ollie and in six episodes of Flipside. In 2008, the actress was offered Bambi who was the leading character on ITV2's show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe also starred as the title character in How to lose friends & betray people, which was released by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in the year 2008. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe had her official US debut in the 2009 drama The Beautiful Life, which was only broadcast on The CW before being cancelled. She was cast in February 2011 as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe starred as a regular character on the drama series on ABC Revenge during two seasons. It was revealed in May 2013 that she would leave the series after making a guest episode in the first series of the 3rd. In 2014 and 2016, she starred as Tituba in the TV series Salem. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June of 2012. They have worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he is also a part of the cast on the TV show Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a huge family from Hamilton, Ontario. Her parents were Roy and Patty along with her older brothers, Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's brothers were all extremely athletic and played baseball and hockey throughout the summer and winter. She grew up in baseball and arenas. Ashley did not have the ability to walk, but she danced. At the age of two, she took up Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley became a dancer from that moment. After graduating from the high school she attended, Ashley danced competitively in the highest divisions of ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics musical theatre, lyrical, and hip-hop. Ashley was awarded the top soloist honor at each major dance event, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, to name just some.
